Fillet sea bass so its boneless and skin is gone. Whip up 2 eggs and a touch of salt and italian bread crumbs, tiil they are still dry not wet. Put about one inch of butter(melted) in baking pan. Pre-heat oven and cook for 20 minutes at 350
