If you have hypothermic baby, go to hospital now!

Basically, they look to slowly increase body temperature, exactly how depends on the environment. If outdoors, put the baby against your skin and wrap in your own clothing etc. If a civilised place, basically blankets, a warm, but not hot place and allow a slow rise in temperature - this is key - slow changes in temperature. Also gentle rubbing to increase bloodflow and circulation and talking to encourage a mental response. You would also avoid hot drinks, but go for tepid and slightly warm drinks.

I'm not sure I am right but I'm guessing the temperature is low???

Warming them up seems logical to me. A blanket or a warm bath or a warm drink.

They keep the baby wrapped with blankets and they use a droplight to keep them warm.
