You can lose up to 17 lbs in one week. If you go on a soup diet.
Fresh vegetables only..in beef boulion, only coffee, tea, or chrystal light to drink..."Green Tea" ..."Do not drink carbonated drinks"...fresh fruit for snacks....you will not be hungry. If you start losing too much weight...go off the diet for a few days. Look up Soup diets on the internet. "But the cabbage diet is yucky" you dont want gas!!! Be careful...and only lose what you need too. Your going to have too make alot of soup and eat it for your meals. Breakfast eat your fruit! Good luck!

Hello, I do not know what kilos is to lbs. , but I went on Weight Watchers Plan (they are online)and I went every week. I also got up and got moving , Walkng everywhere I could and always used the stairs. I had some old weights that I used to excercise everyday too because - muscle burns fat!
Do not try to lose weight too quickly. Chances are the weight will come back twice as much. Make and change into a healthy lifestyle slowly.
Write down the pros and cons of what you are doing now and how you will feel once you start to lose weight. You can cheat 1 day a week on Weight Watchers. It has a point system. I always saved points for 1 nite a week just to have a beer and pizza! Good Luck!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Hi,
There's good news and there's bad news. I'll go with the good news first. You can achieve your goals.
Bad news - all the general advice and helpful comments from here probably won't help. Every person is individual and as such have different calorie requirements, different body types, different goals, different everything.
In order to achieve your goals you have to first decide upon specific goals and act upon it. Okay you've identified you want to lose 10 kilos in a month - but is that 10 kilos body fat, muscle water, all three? Your goal needs to be specific if you are to reach it.
It’s like saying i want to visit Europe - that’s great, but you can’t plan to get there until you know what part of Europe you want to go to? Ireland, Paris? Where - once you know you can plan the trip.
It's the same with losing 10 kilos in a month.
Now as regards the actual training program to get you there - what you eat to lose weight depends on a lot of factors, current calories, metabolic type, current exercise regime, available foods, meal timing, and more. Then you specify what you are doing it for muscle mass preservation while losing weight etc?
Then there is the exercise program, again this is specific to you. What weights, do you have any injuries, medical conditions, do ou hate running?
There's not much point in doing things if you hate them and they won't be effective for you.
As a personal trainer I am employed by hundreds of people to do all the leg work I've mentioned above - I went to college so you can start losing that 10 kilos today.
If you like I will work with you on this and get you to lose the 10 kilos following a personal diet and exercise program. Feel free to contact me for more details or if you have any questions.
Yours,
Paul

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Verry easy - Do what I did !!! breakfast : cereals (the crunchy ones, that create a bulk in your stomac, 10am a fruit - apple pear, lunch full meal, fish or chicken breast with raw or steamed veggies, evening, same as lunch, but varry egg or fish raw veggies (2 toatoes 3 if you want, letuce, boiled rice, 1 or 2 picled onions, cucumber, mushrooms, brocoli, carrots, cucumber - but make sure it is all low calories - 10pm 1 or 2 fruits. I LOST 20 KG IN 2 MONTHS - but eat slowly you will have the impression that you eat a lot ! In short eat only LOW calories food - Lot of raw veggies, You can eat a WHOLE cucumber - few calories. Hey and no munching in between, - don't go for these diet powders, pills and milkshakes - all rubish!

well, i am on this diet pills that my friend brought me from Hong Kong. The first week i took I had already lost 3kg, this is the second week, i hope i can lose another 3 kg. Don't know if u want to try it or not, it costs AU$30 per bottle??? At the moment i don't suffer any side effect and i can still enjoy eating chocolate and chips. I had tried Herbalife before but it didn't work on me .
This product is easy to take, what u have to do is take 2 tablets each day, one before breakfast and one before dinner. if u want to loss weight fast, u can take another one before lunch but i don't recommend it because u will loss too fast already by taking 2 each day

you need to burn 3000 calories to lose one pound.. don't give up eating though because if you do that, you'll lose muscle and muscles help burn calories.. just exercise exercise exercise! and eat healthy non-fat foods like fish.. don't get discouraged if the weight doesn't come off immediately.. you might put on a little weight at first from the increased muscle-mass, but remember the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, so keep at it and eventually the weight will start to fall off! good luck! :)
