No, but stress and poor posture can lead to both neck pain and headaches. GPs and Consultants don't generally recognise adrenal fatigue as a diagnosis. The alternative medical practitioners do and recommend various vitamin supplements, changes in life style and sometimes low doses of cortisol, plus their books on the subject. See your GP and get a general health check, you might be surprised,

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/0RyVt
If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.
Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

The test may come out normal but that doesnt mean you dont have that prob. Its a tricky test and if it comes out normal its almost impossible to convince your doc. You can purchase and at home test that you take and then send back and they will mail you youre results and you can then take it to your doc. (if you are in the u.s) Go to checkmyhealth.com

If your bloods show no problems then im afraid it's not adrenal problems you have. You need to stop convincing yourself you have and maybe investigate another cause for your symptoms.
