Prior to the United States' official entry into World War Two, after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the United States provided a great deal of manufacturing support to both the United Kingdom and Soviet Russia under the Lend-Lease Act. Many of the British aircraft that participated in the Battle of Britain were actually constructed in the US and shipped across the pond.

Yes and no. There was help to the UK in the form of lend/lease which had to be repaid after the war and left the UK bankrupt, also some territory in the Caribbean had to be surrendered to the US.
But at the same time companies like Standard Oil (ESSO) were giving vital technology to the Nazis such as the process for synthetic rubber in 1940 which helped Germany to prolong the war and so caused many allied deaths.

They entered the war in 1942, only after Japan attacked them in pearl Harbour. Most of the fighting was done against japan, but they did involve themselves somewhat in Europe. There were American soldiers that liberated the Concentration Camps so they must have been fighting over there too.

the only real free nation in west-europe was britain. so they had to do something to support their brothers there!

in june 1944, troops of canada, the US, britain and i think even some (earlier evacuated) french troops, made the biggest landing ever in history in the normandie, france. this was the beginning of the end of the "3. reich" of hitler.

That is a definite YES!!!!! we supplied Britain and France with planes, ships and tanks. We also supplied the British merchant ships a safety area called the neutrality zone on the western side of the Atlantic. This was enforced by our navy to the cost of USS Reuben James. Another destroyer was torpedoed but survived. We supplied Britain with the P-39, P-40,Maryland,Boston,and Baltimore light bombers and even B-17D bombers. We also supplied various flying boats. Tons of food, ammo, and fuel. The British navy was grateful for the 50 WW1 vintage destroyers we lent them, this whole program was called lend/lease. We lend them equipment and supplies and they lease us bases for 99 years. We also sent "volunteers" to fight with the Brits so we could gain combat experience that could be passed on to our new pilots and to monitor how well our equipment did in battle. In short we were in up to our ears.

Yes they gave us weaponry in return for military bases within Britain and the Commonwealth under a scheme called lend/lease.

no they only sold arms , think it was called the (loan, lease agreement ) which the British are still paying for ! why do you think the Brits are puppets for the USA ? remember lybia ? why did the yanks use planes ,f111s from the UK ? they could have done a strike from carriers at sea , and why does Blair jump when bush goes into Iraq etc ?
