If god exists, it's definitely an atheist. I don't know if it's a "devoted" one though.

God was cast out of the garden of eden, not man.
If God ever existed, he must have taken off to some far away galaxy to create a more perfect sort of being, after seeing what has become of mankind.
What God would let so much suffering happen?
In the name of what God does mankind disregard love, war, starvation and so on ?
History tells us that all wars are based upon interest. You take what's mine and I kill you. You don't want what I have to show you, I kill you.
If you don't want to be like I think you should be, it's over.
Sad, but true.

In many ways this is true.

God is the source of all religion and does not see any one as being more correct than any other. It is unlikely that God would see the need to believe that She exists. Many would consider this to be atheism.

Probably not. He knows he is God, so would believe in himself. He probably wouldn't worship himself, though. That's a stretch.

God is the only atheist who can be truly certain that God does not exist.

1) If god exists, then he knows that he exists.

2) Therefore, god does not need faith.

3) But faith is a requirement for god's existence, therefore,

4) POOF! god ceases to exist.

Well if he holds any god above himself then he doesn't practice what he preaches and I can't imagine himself worshipping himself, that's pretty egotistical, even for him. So yes, loosely defined God is a Athiest.
