A "God fearing" woman is one who is afraid of God and the consequences she will suffer for wrongdoing.

In answer to #2.
The Proverbs 31 woman is like if you were sitting in a room with many women and said "I wish I could cook like her, shop like her, plan like her, sew like her,....." It's all the good in woman-kind blended together. There is no way one woman can be expected to do all that. But it's a model to take as an example.
A Godly woman is one who is follows God, and lives her life in accordance to his will.
My favorite verse is Micah 6:8b
"And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with your God."
Because it tells you how to live a Godly life in a nutshell

1. Same thing as when someone is referred to as a "God Fearing Man" or "Person". You take the whole Judeo-Christian thing really seriously.
2. I certainly hope not. She's going to be way too busy catering to some man's needs to get to be a person in her own right, in addition to all the reaping, and sowing and spinning.

God-fearing means to be loving, accepting, respectful towards God;
not fear in the sense that one is fearful of spiders.

My Grandparents used that term years ago ...they referred to someone that always taught her children right from wrong. She would never do anything wrong herself. It wasn't meant as a religious woman per-say, but just someone that was GOOD.

It is a figure of speech, i.e., it does not mean afraid. It means a person who believes in God and acts accordingly.
