I don't think I'm sensitive, so don't think "I'll be hurt" if you tell my the truth. That's what I want, especially since I can hide behind my shield of anonimity. So, yeah, I want you to tell me what you think about my size!
I definitely am not muscular, and am "small-boned". That makes me even fatter, doesn't it? Hmm...

You are a bit overweight.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Random ppl online cant answer that, it depends on too many things. My friend in high school weighed 155 I think she was about 5 foot 6, but she was like a size 3. She played basketball and was in really good shape. So even though she weighed more than me she was like half my size. It just depends on what kind of shape you're in.

By BMI standards, you would be overweight by about 15lb. However, you do not state your frame size or whether you are quite muscular, which can make quite a difference to whether you are overfat or not. You can check your body fat percentage at the link below. If your body fat is 30% or below, this is fine. If it is above 30%, then you may want to lose weight. HTH : )
