93 pounds???? do you want to be healthy? at 5'2" you'll end up looking anorexic. Set realistic goals! 120 lbs. for instance.

First of all, any "ideal" weight under 110 lbs. is too thin. Not trying to be sarcastic, but I think the look of the emaciated heroin chic waif is long gone, or at least should be. For your height, a healthy bmi would put you between 100 and 115 lbs.

Secondly, it really depends on you. Give up sugary sodas and junk food. Try to get a good thirty minutes of some exercise in every day. Good luck! I know we all need it.

I suggest a strict diet of baked fish (4 ounce servings) and vegetables. I use broccoli and french style green beans. For extra quick weight loss you could try the cabbage diet. It's basically boiled cabbage with onions and green bell peppers added. You eat the cabbage three times a day, do 45 minutes of cardio twice a day, and you could lose 11 to 14 pounds in 15 days but you'll need to take supplements like folic acid, b6, b12, vitE, and Omega three. You could have the fish for your daily protien or have a serving of egg beaters. Check out the caloric and carbs on whatever you choose to eat. You'll lose faster if you nix the carbs and bad calories.

That is ridiculous, you do not need to go down to that weight. Be realistic in your weight loss, aim to lose enough weigth to be healthy, but don't go overboard. HTH.
