Do you feel fat or feel you should be on a diet? Sounds like a subconcious thing to me, you feel like you need to lose weight and your subconscious is stopping you from enjoying your food. You need to get some help, i'm not saying it horribly, but you need to stop it before it gets worse

Not normal. 1. Get a check up, make sure nothing is terribly wrong.
2. While at the Dr. find out your Blood Type 3. Purchase a book called Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type by Dr. P. D'Adamo, inexpensive around $10.00 new in paperback. An absolutely excellent guide to proper eating. I ran into a similar problem about 10 years ago. I would get nauseated at lunch and eat a little, throw it up about a half hour later. Kind of lost any enjoyment in eating. Found the book, started following it and have never turned back. Apparently my blood type should avoid oranges, an acid problem with the stomach. Haven't thrown up in 10 years, imagine that. Not hard to follow give it a go for a few weeks, it is not normal to never get hungry. Your body will associate not feeling well with eating and that will cause you to become undernourished and more unwell. Sorry if I got too wordy, good luck.

Maybe you should get checked out by a doctor. Have you been under stress or been upset lately? I think if I just ate beans on toast, I wouldn't feel like eating either. Try a liquid diet for a day or so. Even soup.

Follow what your body is saying to you. If you dont want to eat. Dont bother. When your body is ready to eat the eat. Then eat again, but eat good fuel for your body. I have started drinking two oranges in the morning for breakfast, I juice a banana with milk in the evening - this has given me a tremendous energy boost in the evening. I now try and eat natural nuts (without salt) at lunch time. I decided rather than focus on what not to eat, I now focus on what to eat. As you can only eat so much, if you are eating the good things, this will leave no room left for eating bad things. (not that beans are bad, but there may be better food to eat to you. You have a lovely body, so accept the truth and meet the truth by what you feed it. Let you body direct you to what food is good for it. Ask it to direct you in this way. Be patient , listen and it will tell you.

I wouldn't think so..do u have a cold with stuff running down the back of your throat? Have you started a new medicine? Have you just gotten back from a trip somewhere? I would call your Dr at this point if you have not, if this has been going on for a while you could have a blockage of some kind somewhere.......

Maybe you don't feel so good. Try and get something to drink to give you energy and that can also make you hungry. Take care!

Are you perhaps upset about something emotionally? Are you unhappy about any of your relationships, or are you in unrequited love with someone? Are you upset about your work or study, or do you feel under lots of pressure? If you are, then don't worry too much about your loss of appetite, it will return -- just focus on making yourself happy first!

That's not good.
Could be an allergy or something, or possibly IBS. Probably worth going to your doctor and asking for an allergy test.
