You can definitely wear them without a diaper but then you have this problem, if you pee then it has nothing to absorb it and it will run out the leg openings and down your legs. If you are laying down or reclining in some other fashion then they will leak around the waistband too.

If you are using the plastic pants with a diaper, especially cloth like I use, (I'm incontinent and wear diapers 24 / 7) then they will definitely keep what's wet inside and what's dry, dry. That is unless you continue to wet the diapers without changing as often as you should then they will get saturated and the plastic pants again will leak around the leg and waist openings.

Enjoy your plastic pants, they can give you a nice cozy feeling when you have them on without anything under them. When you prespire the will get all slippery inside and can become somewhat erotic, especially if you have someone else around to play with.

Good luck.

-Plastic pants were designed to use with cloth diapers. When the diaper was wet, you would change the diaper, and put the plastic pants back over the diaper. After several uses, you would switch to new plastic pants, and launder the old ones.
- DON'T use them by themselves!
(1) You'll have a MESS.
(2) They will leak
(3) It will cause a diaper rash that will be horrible
(4) It will be very uncomfortable for your baby

Platic pants were designed to be used with old style cloth diapers. There really is no use for them these days. They will leak without a diaper. They aren't a good idea for say, potty training. They also cause the baby to sweat, since they allow no air in and can cause sores.

yes and they leak without a diaper. they also can cause a rash because the plastic can keep you from realizing the wetness until they are too wet.

Yes they leak, I know some people who use them for training and they put the plastic pants over the panties or underwear. Its a training tool/ I'm not a fan of them.
