I know exactly what you're talking about. I get them on the tip and on the sides too, sometimes. They feel like a "pimple on the toungue". It's just a dead taste bud. It'll go away on its own. If you try removing it with sharp tweezers, it'll cause an ulcer which'll sting more and take longer to go away. I just deal with it and in like 2 to 3 days it's gone.

You are either eating foods with too much acids or have a vitamin deficiency. I think it's the lack of vitamins. At least that's what is was for me. Don't panic! You not going die or have your tongue fall off or anything. And it's not a venereal disease either. Just take vitamins. You'll be fine!

You must be allergic to something your eating. You are probably eating something different . The ph balance of you body is messed up. Go to a health food store and they will recommend a cleanser for the toxins out of wack; that will restore you ph.

Blisters or bumps? Could it be thrush? Yeast? Have you gone to see a Dentist? Try brushing your tongue. Gently take your toothbrush and brush your tongue in downward motions. See if that helps. If they do not go away, you might want to go see a Dr.
