see a doctor and follow his advise. don`t simply postpone the thing. kidney is on both sides. simply of pain over left side does`t mean your kidney got hurt. better rule out the doubt by a scan. take care

First--SEE A DOCTOR!!! It could be anything from a kidney infection to kidney failure! Don't wait around and let it continue. Dialysis is not fun and it's a lifetime thing. Please
seek medical intervention!!!!!

You may have a kidney infection, go to the doctor, also drink heaps of water to flush away any impurities. good luck.
