Hugely possible you may just produce only girls. Nothing wrong with her having another baby, if you want to try. Better chances of conceiving a boy if she drinks a lot of coffee every day and you have relations at the time she is ovulating. She'll need to keep track of her body temperature to see when this happens or get a testing kit that predicts ovulation.

If this is a serious question, your wife needs a psychiatrist. If I understand this correctly, you already have 5 kids. It scares me to think that you don't know how to say I've had enough. Do you expect to put all these children through college? Are you a rich man? Your wife gets her value from birthing children. Also, the older you get, the more the increased possibility of birth defects. Are you prepared to take on the responsibility.

Count your blessings with the children you have and get your wife some counseling. Oh, and by the way, the possibilities of having a boy are 50/50.

You obviously need to be asking this question to her doctor. However, her age and the fact that she has already had one multiple birth would lead one to believe she will have another (the odds increase dramatically after you have had one set).

So the question is, are you prepared to spend the rest of your lives caring for special needs children, possibly more than one? There are more instances of CP and Downs as we age and if we have an increase chance of multiple births.

So how much risk are you willing to take in a worst case scenario?
