I have this friend and sometimes he will call me and say if you decide to come outside call me?

I'll be at home. Is this a invitation? I never know if he really wants to see me or not. Is it possiable that he is just shy and doesn't know how to express himself or what?

Trust me, if he didn't want to see you, he wouldn't call and ask you to tell him when you will be outside. It is an invitation in a way. And he's letting you know that he's just sitting at home available. So go out there and talk to him knowing that he wants to spend time with you too.

He is trying to make a date but going the wrong way about it. He is probably shy and does not know how. Tell him to knock on your door and make sure you open the door. I f he is going to send you messages to come outside everytime he is going to create a very bad impression with your parents.

Or maybe it's an expression to him "if you want to come outside tell him" if you want to come out the box...maybe he means if your ready to commite into a relationship try tell ing him your ready to come out side and see what happenes
