You felt the need to ask this incredibly rude question twice, so I'll answer it twice.
1) There is no such thing as a "Chinese Down Syndrome". There are Chinese PEOPLE with Down Syndrome, but Down Syndrome is a condition, not a person, and has no ethnicity.
2) I've seen Chinese children who have Down Syndrome and they are as beautiful as any other child with Down Syndrome, or any other child for that matter.
I suggest you work on being a better human being. You're wasting your time if you are trying to be a comedian, because you simply aren't funny.
