Go for it. Some of the best relationships I've known have started as friends. Let's face it...romance and passion can fade with time...but if after that, you still really enjoy being with this person and have respect for them (and why shouldn't you...you were friends before), then you've got it made!

Your emotions are rushing ahead of the situation here! Falling in love is such a powerful emotion and can turn you around, upside down, even inside out! If your feelings are so powerful, I suspect that there must be something two way happening here. Otherwise, you might just be experiencing a massive crush or even perhaps lust. I suggest you take quiet time out, a lot of it, and give the matter deep contemplation .... refer it to your emotional intelligence and look for signs that what you are feeling is true and well founded. If you can at least come up with that conclusion, then you must make the other party aware that you have feelings .... slowly and very lightly at first ....... perhaps simply introduce the fact that you value their friendship in a special way and see how it goes from there. Making a relationship from scratch is very tricky but once you are passed that affirmation point, it's all downhill from there! Good luck ... hope it blossoms!

Does this friend know how you feel about them? Have you ever dropped any hints/ looked for signs that they liked you?
I think you should just go for it, suggest a night out together and then get talking or just go for the kill at the end of the night and see where it takes you.
Love between friends is usually the best thing in the world as you already know how you click, what makes you click, you know their bad habits and good.

Ha ha I'm in the same boat!!! So, I don't really know: ruin the friendship, or spend the rest of your life wishing you'd made that move??! I've pretty much decided I'm going to have to make that move, its just a question of getting up the courage to do it. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Talk to her. The best relationships usually start as friends. Being friends first lets you both get really comfortable with each other before being intimate. Tell her!

You got to think clearly, if you take the next step and it goes wrong would you be able to keep the friendship after being intimate? Would you be able to see him/her with their new partners?
Hard one..you gauge for the best. But one of my friends did get together with her best mate and after 5 years they are still blissfully happy.
Good luck

Go slow! Sorry, but my friend married her best friend - huh! What a disaster. She lost not only her husband but her friend too.
Make sure you're not misreading the signs before you plunge in.
