dear friend,
fold it , scan it twice (both sides)
open those pics in photoshop,paint, or copy paste in powerpoint
and cut paste to make again one single pic.

there is no software for such thing.
u cannot scan an A3 on an A4 scanner.. A3 is double of A4 in size.... u need to either buy an A3 scanner for that or scan in two halves and then club it together using any software.

its not a software thing its a hardware thing, u need to get an A3 scanner...

Sorry dude ! You have to scan in parts and then u have to join them using Adobe Photoshop.
