there is no software for such thing.
u cannot scan an A3 on an A4 scanner.. A3 is double of A4 in size.... u need to either buy an A3 scanner for that or scan in two halves and then club it together using any software.

Definition: 'A' length or 'A' sequence is a sequence of paper sizes commonplace by using the international standards employer (ISO) that stages from 2A0 (the main important) to A7 (the smallest). the size of the paper is going down because of the fact the quantity is going up, and each is 0.5 the size of the previous e.g. 2 A4 sheets make up an A3 piece and a pair of A5 sheets make up an A4 sheet. 'A' length -- length in millimetres -- approx inches 2A0 -- a million,189 x a million,682 mm -- 40 six,8 x sixty six,2 in A0 -- 841 x a million,189 mm -- 33,a million x 40 six,8 in A1 -- 594 x 841 mm -- 23,4 x 33,a million in A2 -- 420 x 594 mm -- sixteen,5 x 23,4 in A3 -- 297 x 420 mm -- 11,7 x sixteen,5 in A4 -- 210 x 297 mm -- 8,3 x 11,7 in A5 -- 148 x 210 mm -- 5,8 x 8,3 in A6 -- one hundred and five x 148 mm -- 4,a million x 5,8 in A7 -- seventy 4 x one hundred and five mm -- 2,9 x 4,a million in
