Excellent Ale, proper traditional decor, nice garden, No juke box, No games machines. Civil bar staff, nice, chilled out Irish guy as landlord, good grub, and within ten mins stagger of my pit. oh, and a lovely little dog called Tilly who comes round begging for crisps and sits on the chair next to me!
Age? Mine or the Pub? Circa 200 or 45 (Figure which is which!)

Pubs are last for 2 motives, one is loss of money simply by recession and the different is the smoking ban. as quickly as I used to smoke i could purely visit the pub whilst the climate grew to become into good, what's the component of paying £3+ a pint to take a seat down out in a cold moist vehicle park, whilst i will have some friends around and purchase all their beers for much less and smoke in convenience? i'm now an E-smoker so it is not a difficulty anymore. maximum pubs that close in my area grow to be eating places or substitute into inner maximum properties.
