Well seeing as papers and magazines pull them apart for even having 1 tiny little dimple of cellulite, i'm not suprised all the celebs start off normal and then feel pressured into losing weight and when 'slim' isn't thin enough, and they're still getting slated, desperation to please probably takes over and eating disorders kick in. It takes a really strong person not to give into all the cruel comments and be comfortable in their own skin.
You can only feel sorry for them because they seem to have everything, but do they? really?
I have a normal life and i have no such pressures and to me, i have everything and wouldn't thank you for fame because to me, fame is cruel and harsh and you have to give up too much for it, so is it even worth it?

Hi that explains why she look different now a days. I thought she looked fine in the movies ive seen her ihn, But when i seen her recenlty she did look alot different and it was her face i noticed had changed, hjer cheek bones seem higher. May be its just because of her lifestlye now why she has lost her weight, i don think she has lost it from anywhere else though, but i only noticed her face
