Seriously though, it it well documented that modern SRS procedures for the M2F transsexual can produce a sensate clitoris and although techniques vary, overall postoperative orgasm is possible in most cases and satisfaction of postop patients is understandably high.

why would you want to? are you aiming to be a transexual? get professional help and advise. i would love to have your bits. but the answer to the Q is you will get some stimulation if the ops are done correctly and you dont have too much scar tissue. you would have to use a type of dildo to stretch the opening to make it fully accessable but it may not accomodate a large penis. plus the hormaones you have to take before you get to that stage.
hope you have lots of money to do it?
