When I was last in Tampa, you needn't get a license to breathe. It was free then, but perhaps they might have some new laws in Hillsborough County now....if so then move to Polk...they are more understanding. I feel sorry for those poor folk around Sefner that might not be able to afford to breathe....Brandon should be OK...lots of rich guys there...or did they move to Anna-Marie Island?
