depends. if youre a teen, like me, just tell him you like him, and ask him if he would wanna go hang out or something, just like a walk or something. If you get the chance, the perfect moment, don't hesitate to kiss him. But be ready to do anything,anytime...what if you woke up tomorrow and he was dead?

Well, if all the signs are right and you are positive or nearly positive that he does have feelings for you. The best bet would be casually asking him if he'd want to hang out some time. Then allowing him to choose the time.
The best first dates usually include a movie and the hanging out afterward. Because if you ever get into a conversation jam, you can always fall back on talking about the movie. Good luck.

You take him to a lonely place and ask him whether he is interested in what you propose. If both of you agree do what ever you want to do.If you are romantic you would not be shy in asking for what you want.

take him to the zoo or the botanical garden or a museum. Something where you can interact, but still have the focus on an activity. Keep it simple, keep it light hearted and keep your innocence...
