It sounds like you've only kissed guys who had no technique, and you haven't had much opportunity to figure out how to kiss properly yourself either.
If you don't want to kiss him, then just tell him you don't like kissing. Just realize that something like that could lead to the two of you breaking up. Personally, I think you might get to really enjoy it if you get some practice with the right guy, but don't do it unless/until it feels right to you.

Dont give your full lips or tongue as soon as possible! Make sure hes teeth are clean and his breath dont stink with cheeck kisses first.
