Well first off all you should off gone to your gp,he would off sent you for an x-ray just incase its fractured or you havent broke abit off the cartlidge off.Even thou theres not alot they do for noses these days you still should off got it seen my a Dr.The swelling will take time to go down and so will the pain. You need some inflamatry tablets reallt this will help with the pain and the swelling too.Go bck to your Gp or pop to your nearest A/E Dept they will chect it all for you,and you will probably need to be seen by the Ears Nose ans Throat surgeon/Registra and they will go from there.Try not to blow your nose as this may cause more problems too.Good Luck.

Are you sure that your nose wasn't broken or did you get it checked out when it happened? Only say that because nothing can be done to fix your nose if it broken for at least a fortnight after the event and that is to straighten it so that it doesn't look bent. They leave it that long so that the swelling can go down but if you are still having problems then I recommend you see you GP. He might give you stronger pain killers so to help you over this painful period and he might send you for an X-ray just to make sure it isn't broken, unless you have had one already.

Hope that is of some help!

You could have chipped a small bit of cartilage off and it's got infected, go back to your doctor, they will prescribe something that will help.
