Hi Brendan. Actually, all countries have about the same number. Statistically, a certain percentage of any population will be males (both straight and gay) who female-identify to various degrees. The difference is, in some more mature cultures, people do not have the need to appear surprised, angry or excited by this fact. Knowing that all human sexuality is simply a spectrum like the color band, they integrate these folks into society without making a fuss over it.

The question has to ask 'as a percentage of the population', and I believe you'll find this is seen as a temperature-induced change on fertilisation, and predominant in warmer climates, reather than Scandinavia, though there are possible links to the mother suffering a fever at the time of conception, raising her temperature. Certainly, reptilian eggs produce more females with a rise in the nest temperature, and more males with a lower nest temperature. The shemale is seen as a borderline case.
And just like a woman, but capable of reversing a car into a tight parking-space!

I'm not sure that Thailand has the most she-males. It is however a culture where they can prosper and come out in the open. It is an hormonal thing which occurs in the womb so I would think it is pretty even all over the world but cultural differences make it more open in some countries than others
