I bought the gluten free bible by Jax Lowell when I discovered I was Coeliac and she mentions a couple of gluten-free bakeries in the states are there any in the UK?

hi,not certain bakeries as such just sections in our supermarkets have gluten free foods sainsburys have a large section,it can be hard i know my 10yr old is allergic to wheat&soya!!

Supermarkets offer good choices, or health shops. Have you thought of treating yourself to a bread maker?
