Men still have an advantage with dildos and vibrators that aren't attached. With breasts, they have to be implanted.
Of course, womeon could always just pass up breast augmentation and tell men to squeeze a nerf ball and pretend.

I think there a waste of money. The only way i could see having them done is if your really uneven, or you lost one to cancer or something like that, but other than that just be happy with what you got.

Personally I think it's stupid and a waste of money except in cases where surgery was necessary and it's required to 'even things up'.
I prefer my women to be REAL.

Well, there are plenty of plastic surgeries available to them TOO!
...such as hair transplant, face lift, penile implant, teeth implants,not to mention viagra and the like...
...women usually only get implants to please men, so I don't think they mind, do you?
...and some women get them because breast feeding and or cancer may have caused damage.
