It is wrong to state that the argument is whether Jesus Christ is or is not accepted as the saviour. Jesus Christ was a great Spiritual leader who did not differentiate between people born in different parts of the world. He loves everyone as each one of us deserves, regardless of creed.
It is further wrong to direct rejection that is sparked by the church at Christ. Christ does not identify himself with the Church. But the Church abuses the name of Christ. The Church is an organization of power and influence, not a Truth bearer.
I understand the comments about the crusades. Worse than that, the pope was responsible for the murder of millions of Christians during the reign of terror by the Inquisition, over centuries.
Truth about God cannot be spread by violence. It only leads to pain.

True,, Christianity was brough to Russia for examle with the sword and violence..
I think such a high positioned figure as Pope only showed how fool he is by claiming and generalizing through whole Media lie about another religion..

Why imam never preach peace and only promote hatred towards other religion. Why Muslim can't accept the true fact. why Muslim wallop the whole, conquer all things that belong to christian for example a church Turkey that is know known as Ummayah Mosque.

The Crusades are forever in everybody minds, but it seems that other religions, most notably Islam, doesn't follow a healthful path Christianity has taken as of late: revisiting its own bloody past in order to repent from it. Now you cannot critize Islam for its bent on violence without risking a world wide military retaliation.
