okay i met this gurl two days ago and asked her for her number... yester day i call her and ask her out to dinner and she said "yes" but she said that she has to see if she can go also... and she mentioned that shes going to be with her friends tommorow too... and she tells me to call her the next day in the afternoon... so i call her today in the afternoon and she says thats it is iffy.. she said she wil if her friends leave early... and she will call me to tell me wheather or not she can go.... SHE CALLS ME AT 9:45 and TELLS ME THAT SHE CANT GOOOO WTF?? and by that time i was already kickin it with my friends n e ways... so i wanna know what going on... she had two missed calls from and called me back and she had always kept her word i think... i wanna know if she's still interested and when should i call her next and is she interested in me?? should i mention this at all too her?? (i wanna throw this out too she is foriegn and only been here for 1 yr) so maybe shes different

you should just confront her, playing games isn't going to get you anywhere, and im sure she knows exactly what she is doing even if she does play dumb well. sounds to me like you should just cut her loose. good luck!

I will do what no one else has done for you.
here is a short breakdown of what you have done-:>
1. u met her -GREAT that's the first step.
2. called her to dinner- GREAT but if it was something else maybe tea or some other thing Small she would have met u at 9:45
3. called her 2 times: WTF she is a human give her time moreover it makes her feel as if u want something from her and not hay i want to know u ("hot coffee anyone") and that's what i think is the real motive behind the dating thing.
if wanna u ask her "Hey u like me"? DONT. she doesn't know u and so i dont even have to guess the answer.
bro you have not done anything yet that would make her like or dislike you.
i suggest that u change you mindset to knowing her and showing her the man that you are and not the mind set of man how do i impress her. its not meant to go that way.

a few options...
1: she did like you and had to go with her friends. she might have slight feelings for u and if this is the case then charm her again. if there is another guy then keep on charming her regardless until u get ova her.
2. she likes you and has to go with her friends. maybe she still likes you and just had a low battery or something, just because there is 2 missed calls it doesn't mean she is avoiding u. just relax and be cool about the whole situation and she will come to u if she still likes u.. and if she has your number. BE SURE
3. hope this isn't the case but maybe she did like u and her friends talked her out of u. this is possible but it depends on her friends as to wether its tru or not.
4. she considers u a friend and doesn't want an ongoing relationship and she thinks you are annoying, keeping on ringing her.
5. she thinks your really really really cool but her friends made her feel uncomfortable and fought with her friends ova u and wants her friends ova u.
