there this boy i like and everytime i look at him and hes looking at me we smile at each other and when hes not with his friends he come out of the blue and come to talk to me but for aome reason i just like talking to him. when im having bad days he comes and says hi to me or just talks to me all my problem just go away is there a meaning for this??

We'd actually be very flattered.

you should try talking to hiim first and see if he wants to go on a date or something. Lots of guys are kinda weak sauce when it comes to asking girls out these days. Atleast that is what my friend said......
