Well, first thing, are you overweight? If you are you'll need to do cardio. You have abs, there just not defined, YOu need to do a wide variety of excercises. Do crunches, side crunches and reverse crunches. Suck your stomach in when you excercise, this will keep your "core" strong so you can support your ab wall. (six pack) Also swimming and other whole body excercises are great. Eat healthy and lots of protein. Avoid sugar and white bread.

Stomach crunches and sit-ups should definitely help, but what will make the biggest difference is time. As you go further into your teens and your body makes more testosterone, you'll see that the exercises will result in more dramatic changes in your muscles. That is, the testosterone will make your muscles respond much more to excercises.

yes you can...........do sit ups, push ups, and pull ups. do a lot of ground exercises............do not use weights as this will make your growth slower.
