Run, do lots of running so you can sweat that off ,and drink lots of water it sounds like a lot but about a gallon day should do the trick. That way the water will flush your system.

Drink lots of fluids, Cranberry juice and Genseng based drinks. Tea helps, if it is pot you can kill it. Anything else and you are pretty much screwed. Should'nt have got yourself in that pickle to begin with but we all do stupid things!!
