He likes to hit his chin when he is excited, peel his finger/toe's nail, peel the hard skin beside the nail and use his head to hit the shoulder. Hit his head, ear and eyes when he is angry. He is 5 years old.

This is the 3rd question that I've found about your son. Get him some services through your public school system. It sounds like he needs occupational therapy. Some need is being met when he hits his chin. They can teach him a less destructive behavior, like putting pressure on his jaw. When he is angry, it doesn't sound like he has the verbal skills to express his feelings. For that, he needs speech therapy.
Get your son some help now, while he is still little. If will be a lot easier than dealing with an out-of-control autistic teenage boy who is bigger than you.
Good luck Mom/Dad. Celebrate his successes!

Get him to a paediatric doctor. There are support groups to deal with day to day behavioural changes in autistic child. Dont handle it alone. Go get some help. Autistic children can be very bright but they dont know how to behave in ways which is "normal" to you and me. Goodluck
