The antibiotic and the probiotic collide and mutually annihilate each other creating a pair of photons!

What actually happens depends on if the probiotic (usually a yeast) is susceptible to the antibiotic (usually affecting BACTERIA and not yeasts).

If the yeast is susceptible to the antibiotic then it can either die or have it's growth suppressed.

The antibiotic will still continue to circulate your body and have whatever effect it would normally have on your infection.

It depends what the probiotic is. If, for example, the probiotic is a type of beneficial bacteria that helps the digestive tract, and you take an antibiotic, the antibiotic is likely to kill the beneficial bacteria, and in effect cancels it out.
