Your 12 year old daughter is entering puberty, and her hormones are raging, sorry to say there is not much you can do. These feelings are normal and the best thing you can do is try and talk to her about choices that she needs to make and what can happen if she makes the wrong ones. If she is wanting to have intercourse (believe me kids know all about this nowdays) try and discourage her but, she needs to be told about having protected sex to prevent pregnancy and possible infections she could get.
Has she started her periods yet? If so you really need to have this talk with her before it is too late. Unfortuneatly you can't watch your child 24 hr's a day, and if her urges are strong enough she will find a way to be with a boy.
I know talking with a teen is very difficult at times but, you sound like a good Mom and I think you will handle it just fine.

My guess is that she has already hit puberty and is developed for her age. I would suggest that you sit down and talk to her about these feelings. I would think that this is hard and frustrating for her. Explain to her about keeping clean, it is a little early but not terribly unusual.

Make sure that she knows about the birds and the bees.
