I've always wondered what they were - I think it may just be caused by severe dry skin -but I dont know - Does anyone else get these weird Bumps ??? & Do you know what makes them go away - i cant afford a Dermatologist :(
Thanks

I know exactly what you're talking about! On your thighs right? I've only found one thing that makes it go away. Beleive it or not, the sun! When you get a tan on your thighs, the bumps go away! No kidding! Try it! I don't know if a tanning bed will have the same results as sunshine, but sunshine does work!

Mine have gone away recently. I am still overweight and have never worn tight jeans (although I do wear pants). I believe mine were due to the systemic yeast syndrome I have, and am currently fighting.

www.hufa.org - the yeast link - has some basic info. One way to find out would be to buy some antifungal cream and use it on a test patch. If the bumps go away in that area, it might be yeast that is your problem.

they are just blocked pores, there is a name for it but I can't recall what it is. You need to make sure you are not shaving your legs dry as that makes it worse. Try an exfoliating scrub like a plum pumice exfoliater that is normally used for the face but they make one for the feet too, that will help a lot.

It's probably excema.

You really should see a dermatologist, I don't think a normal GP would do. You could try seeing an naturopath; they are usually cheaper and they do help with natural remedies.

They may be pimples or ingrown hairs. Do they have an indented center? It could be Molloscum Contagiosum.

2 Years, when I walked through the house with no pants on, the breeze would actually blow through my leg hair. It was awesome.
