This procedure was done at age 6 months but was unsuccessful. Now the cyst has increased again it must be repeated. However, I wish to have it done in my home town. I currently reside in Libya. Please send me valuable info. so I may proceed with my daughters surgery.

You should see a neurologist and/or neurosurgeon and ask THEM for the valuable info. That's about all the valuable info you can get here unfortunately.
Try the libya yellow pages for a hospital near you!
Please do not procede with your daughter's surgery without consulting a neurosurgeon!
