How do i make a guy i realy care about with low-selfi-steam and no confidence fell good about hi self.......? (THANX)

People with low self-esteem and no self-confidence have to fix that themselves. You could help him by being supportive of the things he's good at and reinforcing the good others see in him. But be careful, I have gotten involved romantically with girls that had low self-esteem and they ended up emotionally abusing me to the point they would project their insecurities onto my actions and fabricate a warped reality that fit in line with their self-image. Tread carefully and don't forget to look after yourself when helping others.

Be honest, you may have to repeat some things as reinforcement!
It takes time! There is a reason he has low self esteem! As a rule this is something placed on some, by others!

Figure out some stuff that he is really good at and bring it out in him. make sure that when you do that, it makes him smile. if he likes singing, take him to karaoke at a bar or club. if he likes to draw, enter some of his art work into a contest or something like that. but if you do something that gets him positive attention it will really help his self esteem. but you also don't want to boost his ego TOO much or he'll become a snob. LOL.

Just remind him of the things he is good at and his good qualities and point out the fact that he has good friends like you. Then tell him to MAN UP and pull his head out of his a@# and get over it.

Compliment him, and don't say anything to put him down. If you make him see perfect through your eyes, and he can notice that, then it will build him up. If he puts himself down, pull him back up. Don't make comments about other guys with him.
