Sorry for caps i just really would like to know what you think i should do.. For the last week or two there is this women who works in the same place but a different level i work as a security guard at a bank she works for a law firm as a secertary. The bank rents out space to her company. The first day she rambled when i asked her how her weekend went she went on and on hardly looking at me and figgiting with her hair. About her new roomate who is her sister and about her salt water fish and all that jazz i listented with out saying much. She has beautiful character and looks. Anyways the second and third time it wasnt much different. So know that i broke the barrier i guess im asking you females is if i should make a few compliments days in a row or just go on and ask her hey how are you and then see when her lunch hour is and ask her if she would like to join me for lunch during that time. But my question is on first encounter outside of work do i flirt? listen? hold hand?

id say start slow, and if you do hold hands, hug, kiss on the cheek etc. just make sure she is into it, i had a guy who kept hugging me on our first date, i wanted to DIE!

The hair thing is all body language.
Ask her out for a drink or something.
By the way, I'm also a security guard for a building in Downtown Boston and I notice a lot of beautiful women.
If she actually took the time to stop and talk, well you get my drift.

Okay I'll tell you what this man said to me when i was in a queue he said to me, "you smell so nice and refreshing, i could live with that" i was flattered, and it worked for me and I'm a woman try it... might work for her women love that kind of talk...and yeah ask her to join you for lunch, and flirt with her, and also listen, when you listen make good eye contact eventually she will meet your eyes, and when she does she will no doubt see your heart, and how you feel about her...take it from there Good Luck.

Give her a kiss on the cheek, tell her she smells great and take her out for coffee and a donut. If you work nights, go for nachos. Then you can buy her a beer or a glass of red wine if she feels like it.

When out for a lunch date, keep it friendly... tell her you enjoyed yourself when the date's done and ask if you can call her!

hey don't be too fast. you can invite her out for coffee or lunch. but it doesn't give you right to hold her hands or flirt immediately. remember, she might just agree to spend time with you because she thinks you are someone she can share her problems with. if your goal is to get inside her skirt, be a good listener.

I dunno if she likes u, but that hair thing means she was flirting and trying to make herself look good infront of u, making a good impression kind of, y'know. Ask her out, it might work, if not then dont care, and dont think about her a lot, dont think she's perfect and u melt infront of her etc, cuz if u dont get her you'll suffer for a very very long time, i swear.

If you can't think about her without seeing her breasts, leave her alone. Wanting to get laid is not a reason to use a woman! If you think you can act decent, bring her a cup of coffee when you get one and see how she reacts.
