I've heard you should eat lots of carrots. And maybe these two exercises:

1. Find some object in front of you. Focus on it for 5 seconds, then focus on whats behind it. Keep going back and forth.

2. Pick an object. Look away from it, and then look back and focus on it. Repeat.

yes ... and no.

there are some eye miscle exercises that might help a little with focusing, but they don't do anything for lots of other eye conditions, like cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, etc.

a healthy diet is very important, especially if you are diabetic. also, be sure to wear sunglasses when outside in daylight.

chinese do this as a part of going to school

cup palms and cover eyes for 10 mins when tired helps

do not stare at sun as well

research show that eyes do not need any further excercise. their normal work while we are awake are more than enough exercise for them so dont unnecessary think about it.
