are there any laws that you can't bring animals when moving across countries or something, i remember you can't bring some plants or food sometimes. thanks.

You probably can bring your dogs under the Pet Travel Scheme. It usually takes around 6 months to complete the process though, so make sure everything gets done before you plan to arrive in the UK - or your pets could be put into quarantine.

As long as you have the form filled out by their veterinarian, you'll be fine. Contact the UK consulat, they should have the necessary paperwork for you to have filled out for that.

I believe you can. They are going to have to spend time in quarantine. Probably a month.
