Osho never said this rather he emphasized that sex has to be transcended to reach samadhi
He was against suppression of sex, but never told we can realise god by it

Let me answer this question in this way, every human being has got some chakras say upto 7 chakras and if we activate these chakras we can see wonders in our lives, now first chakra is our moola dhara chakra which is called as bumps , second is swadisthana chakra which means our penis area third and so on.
Now when any one does a meditation slowly by slowly these chakras gets activated automatically, its very much natural that the second chakra gets activated and sexual desire arises like anything, and yes its also true that whenever even while meditation or while having sex you are going to immense pleasure and loosing your all 5 senses for that moment you can attain nirvana which is the way to GOD, but if you do this Sexual way to reach God you cannot attain more chakras power which is very far more than this.
