If you are taking growth hormones from a doctor and they aren't working you'd better go see a specialist. Have your doctor recommend one or go on line to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota (mayoclinic.org) to see if there is an answer for you. You can see if they have a satellite office close to you. You may just be a small person. My son has a friend who is very short but is a great guy and very successful with a lovely wife and a precious daughter. Ever see a picture of Bill Gates and how small he was? Would you worry about being small if you were him? My husband (before we were married)was very small growing up.After high school he joined the Navy and when he came home I didn't know him. He grew so much. In fact our oldest son wore his dad's uniform top to school in the 6th grade(he was little also) for a project and it was just a bit big. If you remain short, don't worry about it. Get your education & be successful and happy. George Washington was short. God doesn't make junk.

I don't have an adequate answer for you, but something occurs to me......

If you are taking growth hormones I'm assuming the medication is presribed by a physician and that the physician must be doing some kind of follow-up. It would seem to me that the physician would have explained whether he/she prescribed the growth hormone "just to give it a try" or whether he/she knows that it should work on you. I would think if there were no hope of its working no doctor would have prescribed it, but maybe I'm wrong.

If, by any chance, you've gotten this growth hormone from someone other than a physician what you need to do is see a physician and ask what the chances are that a person with fused bone-plates would benefit from growth hormone.

I'm sorry I haven't answered your question with the kind of answer you want.

No, not really. Are you taking growth hormones under a Doctor's supervision? If so, they should be able to answer your questions.

If not, stop taking these drugs and consult a doctor.
