I have only read bad things about Opus Dei
Is anyone in this group and can you tell me anything about it??? Would like to hear a balanced story. Someone has to like it. No?

Finding God in daily life
Opus Dei is a Catholic institution founded by Saint Josemaría Escrivá. Its mission is to spread the message that work and the circumstances of everyday life are occasions for growing closer to God, for serving others, and for improving society.
I am not a member of this organization but I have read some about it. I also have known a few members. They were sincere in their love and in their mission.

am not with opus dei but great respect for the group and st. jose maria escriva. the journey to God has many different paths and opus dei is one. if you believe that your journey will take a different path then you are free to go where you are most comfortable.

please do visit this site, i myself believe that opus dei is not bad, but due to Dan brown's novel, it just became bad. the writer just implied to be bad but opus dei is not bad

it is a secret society, if someone was a mamber they would not tell everyont that is on yahoo.
you will probally find some passing information but not much.
I would trust what Debra M says simply because she is respected here as a person thet knows what she talks about.
