How do I make a boot disc for a Windows 98 plus clone computer?

I had my hard drive removed from my clone computer to have some files removed and put in my new Dell computer. When the hard drive was returned to me and I put it in my clone computer it would not boot up. A window came up telling me I needed a boot disc. Does anyone know how I can make one or where I can go to have one made.

go to www.bootdisk.com but I suspect you haven't reinstalled your harddrive properly. Check this first. Is it detected by the BIOS
