i am 19 years old. is it too late for me to learn martial arts that involves finding qi? such as tai chi and yoga? and is there any other ones that builds qigong?

Age is only in numbers. There is no such thing as being too old or too young for martial arts. Martial arts nourishes our body mind and and soul and streanthens people who pratices them. Ive seen old people learn tai chi and yoga and their age doesnt hinder them.

By the way the best martial arts is chinese kung fu dont forget that.
