Try a reputable salon hair treatment.
Also try a hair mask that have moisturizing effect. Some masks are easier to use, and take only two mins for each treatment.
But if you have sensitive scalp, better to consult a doctor?

Uhm, hair IS dead, thats why it doesnt hurt when you cut it. I suggest you use Garnier Fructis Deep Fortifying Conditioner 3-minute Masque. It works really well, I used it after I dyed my hair and my hair recovered immediately.

Use Dax pomade or royal crown pomade, use a lot on your hair, slick it back and sleep on a pillow with a towel around it, in the morning , wash it out and see the difference.

I know this is goin to sound nasty BUT it works, maybe, the romans did it. in the year 1200 the romans would actully masterbate on there hands and rub it in there hair and they would let it sit for an hour or so and then clean it out. There hair was never dried out and they always looked good.

The best way to get rid of damaged hair is to cut it. Other than that use conditioner after every shampoo and use a deep conditoner.
