Believe it or not, dehydration,...anemia, etc .can be the culprit...Lots of water and be sure you don't need some iron..but don't self medicate when it comes to that...walking is a good exercise for you..it is a scary thing to happen,..but doesn't always mean gloom and doom...

YOu are having panic attacks. A medication called Xanax can help. When these symptoms are occuring stop and sit down. Breathe into a paper bag. This would force you to inhale and exhale. During these times you may not be breathing deeply enough. YOu must examine your life and see what is troubling you and solve these problems. Make out a plan for solving these problems. You may be in a bad relationship. Deal with your problems and the panic attacks may subside.

Well, I don't have a condition, but meditation usally works for me.
First, sit down on the floor in a cross leg position. Then remove any glasses/contacts/bracelets etc... then close your eyes and take a deep breath. exhale after you have gotten enough breath, repeat the process, attempt to focus of one thing, don't let your mind wander

Sounds like panic attacks.
See a different doctor and get a second opinion.

it is panic attacks. It is all in your head. but don't let that scare you. you need a different doctor, the one you saw is a moron....
A quick fix before the meds...listin to relaxation tapes and where a rubber band around your wrist. when you feel like you are freaking out, snap the rubberband hard. you'll snap out of your attack. best bet is to get to the doc. good luck....panic attacks won't kill you. they are like the boogy man. not real but your scared of them. high stress is probably what triggered them.

ok listen to me and listen to me carefully, and for this advice that I give you I want you to take my advice, you need to find a way to calm yourself down because this is going to cause your life to be shortened a lot quicker if you don't do something about it, get yourself to a doctor that will listen to you, first try with the current doctor, and you need to talk to him and let him know more about what is going on, you are way to high strung and it is going to kill you from the sounds of it, go see a doctor now
