ulcer or anxiety or gerd?

Hi does any one know if anxiety.I have alot of gas and burning gnawing feeling in the center of my chest closer to left with vibrating feeling in my ankle and teeth pain jaw pain and numbess arm off and on pain shortness of breath dizzeness hot flashes.Chest sqeeuzing or spasms throat hard to breath like panic anxiety.

sounds like panic attacks. when i had panic attacks, i had an 'out of body experience', with dizziness, numbness in my arms and legs, shortness of breath, and literally had these serious thoughts that i was going to have a heart attack b/c my heart was beating so fast. my stomach hurt a lot and i thought i was having ulcers too, or i thought i would throw up. the jaw pain might be because when you're stressed, you clench your jaw.

go see a doctor or psychologist and they can get you back on track so you can take control of your life again! good luck!

You need to go to a Doctor asap! It could be a lot of things. You cannot get medical advice online like this. These symptoms could be serious in nature. Nobody here can tell you what your problem is. Please, get yourself to a Dr. I beg you to do that, and I pray your will do so as soon as you can. These are some very concerning symptoms you have listed.

could be h pylori which sends off those symptoms....youd better go get some blood work, could be heart problems, have you had your cholestrol checked lately?
